Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us at sam@integritytilenh.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

No appointment is needed Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Appointments are available after hours and on Monday and Saturday. You can book a visit online or call us at (603) 814-1828.

Can I take tile samples home?

Yes, and we encourage it. Tile looks different under your own lighting, next to your cabinets, counters and paint, than it does in a showroom. Take a few favorites home, live with them for a few days, and bring them back when you're ready to decide.

Do you offer tile installation?

Yes. We offer professional installation services so we can take your project from tile selection to finished floor, shower or backsplash. Stop by or give us a call so we can discuss your project and find the perfect tile for your space.

Do you work with contractors and designers?

Absolutely. Contractors and designers are always welcome at our showroom. Bring your clients in to see and compare materials in person, borrow samples for presentations, and lean on us for help sourcing the right tile and stone for each project.

How long does special order tile take to arrive?

Special orders can take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on the brand and where the tile is made. Imported and handmade collections tend to be at the longer end. We'll give you an expected timeline when you order, so it's worth choosing tile early in your project.

Which tile brands do you carry?

We carry tile and stone from a wide range of makers, including Soho Studio, Marble Systems, Country Floors, The CleftStone Works, Sicis, Cepac, Marazzi, Anatolia and Daltile. Stop by to see and touch the collections in person, and we'll help you find the right one for your project.

Is marble a good choice for a shower?

Yes, marble makes a beautiful shower as long as you plan for its care. Choose a honed finish for floors so it's less slippery. Marble tile should be sealed periodically and cleaned with pH-neutral products. Acidic cleaners can etch marble. If you want the look of marble with less upkeep, marble-look porcelain is a great alternative.

How much extra tile should I order?

Plan on about 10% extra for a straight layout and 15 to 20% for diagonal, herringbone or large-format tile, which produce more cuts. It's a good idea to keep an extra box after the job is done. Colors vary slightly between production runs, so matching tile years later for a repair can be difficult.
